Refund policy

At PrettyCharmed, each creation is prepared with care and love.

If, however, an item doesn't suit you, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Returned items must include all accessories or charms provided.

Sale, personalized, or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns are only accepted for products with a manufacturing defect or a preparation error.

Ineligible Items

Products damaged upon receipt or showing signs of wear.

Personalized products (engraved charms, custom creations, etc.).

Orders exceeding the 7-day return period.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective products.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you wish to exchange your item for the same model, please contact us at PrettyCharmed.official@gmail.com, attaching a photo of the product in question.

Return Procedure

Contact us at PrettyCharmed.official@gmail.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with the return address.

Once the product has been received and verified, your refund or exchange will be processed.
